Behind the team at PTE is Paul Theakston. A recognised name in the music and sounds systems industry. Paul founded PTE Sound Systems in 1984 following a career in domestic and commercial sound, and then specialising in electronic musical instruments.

Paul is a highly qualified electronics engineer in sound, induction loops and electronic musical instruments. Formally trained at Bradford Technical College, together with specialised training from the world’s leading manufacturers.
